1Cryo-milled vegetable powders infused with coconut oil (6–30% fat)
Product Concept
Dried vegetables (or blends) are impregnated with coconut oil in a precisely controlled range, then cryogenically milled at approx. –80°C to obtain a very fine, homogeneous powder.
Key Parameters
- Fat content: 6–30% (coconut oil / MCT), tolerance ±2%
- Particle size: fine powder, excellent dispersion in dry blends and liquids
- Packaging: bulk (PP bags in cardboard boxes of 10-15 kg net), according to customer needs

2Cryo-milled fruit & coconut flakes or oil
We offer two main fruit-coconut product groups, both optimized for taste and processability.
2.1. Cryo-milled dry fruit + coconut flakes
Dried or freeze dried fruits blended with coconut flakes in custom ratios, cryo-milled at approx. –80°C to obtain a very fine, homogeneous powder. Customizable ratios fruit:coconut (e.g. 70:30, 50:50, 30:70).

2.2. Fruit powders infused with coconut oil (6–30% fat)
Dried or freeze dried fruits impregnated with coconut oil (6–30%), then cryogenically milled.
Advantages:- Intense, natural fruit flavour with a creamy mouthfeel from coconut fat
- One ingredient combining fruit + fat – perfect for functional shakes, ketogenic desserts, instant fruit soups, sauces, and toppings.
3Cryo-milled cocoa products and cocoa–coconut–fruit mixes
3.1. Cocoa beans / nibs
Whole cocoa beans or nibs, finely milled at cryogenic temperatures to preserve aroma, polyphenols and fat quality.
- 100% cocoa (no sugar, no carriers)
- Rich chocolate flavour, smooth and fine powder

3.2. Cocoa + coconut flake blends
Cryo-milled blends of cocoa + coconut flakes, optionally with small proportion of dried fruits.
Examples: Cocoa + coconut 70:30, Cocoa + coconut + berries 60:30:10
